Course Description:
Conversations are not what we think they are. Conversations are dynamic, interactive, and inclusive. In the increasingly complex and volatile social and business environments that organizations operate in, leaders who are unable to tap into and harness the full intuitive and innate intelligence of their multiple brains (head, heart and gut brains aligned together) are at a distinct disadvantage.
This presentation will introduce how generative and adaptive coaches are able to help their clients harness the innate wisdom of their head, heart, and gut intelligence for powerful.
Learning Objectives:
Introduce how to use your multiple brains for wisdom
Practice balanced breathing and coherence
Recognize where and how you notice reactions in your body
Name common expressions of the heart, brain and gut
Tell the difference between para-sympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems
Describe techniques to assist clients with up and down regulation
List sequencing for coherence
Describe the implications of emerging science as it relates to coaching
About the Presenter:
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through ICF. She is also a Certified Executive Coach and a Master Certified Coach Trainer. Dr. Bouch is certified as a professional mBIT coach (multiple brain integration techniques), an emerging science about coherence among the heart, gut, and the brain and is in the process of receiving her certification as a Conversational Intelligence Coach.
She authored a coaching article for the International Journal of Coaching for Organizations (IJCO) and co-authored the article Coaching Better Justice. She believes that successful people are successful because they are willing to explore, go deeper into context, and ask questions where a simple answer is not available.
