Shine and Dine with us as we Celebrate our first annual Brilliance Awards honoring YOUR Coaching Impact in the Central Florida community.
The ICF-CF Charter Chapter has much to celebrate in 2025. Join us to celebrate and reflect on our achievements as a chapter and individual coaches who contribute to so many other’s lives.
WHAT’S HAPPENING?
All are welcome to arrive on Friday, May 2, and join us for a hosted reception followed by dinner (on own or with your coaching friends). We will be within walking distance of many fine restaurant establishments to choose from and can dine in small groups or even larger groups with reservations.
The Anniversary Gala and Brilliance Awards will take place on Saturday, May 3. In honor of our anniversary, we have negotiated an INCREDIBLE rate of $139++, reminiscent of 2010 rates. Thank you, Rosen Plaza Hotel!
As our chapter spans the state, we know getting to Orlando can be challenging. We will be arranging group transportation for a nominal fee of $20 per seat ($25 after 3/29), from Tampa and Sarasota to the Rosen Plaza Hotel and back on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Your chapter board will contribute to transportation costs to keep the cost per person costs down for our members and attendees.

Guests staying overnight are welcome to take advantage of the hotel rates up to three days before and after the event dates. This means you are welcome to make a mini vacation out of your time in Orlando with your coaching friends.

Early bird registration closes on March 29. Following March 29, registration rates will increase, as noted below. Registration must be received on or before March 29, 2025. Registrations received after this date will incur higher fees.

Luncheon: $50 per member, early bird, and $60 per guest.
Transportation: From Tampa or Sarasota, $20 per seat round trip.

Saturday, May 3: Crystal Reflections Award
Luncheon: $70 per member, and $80 per guest.
Transportation: From Tampa or Sarasota, $25 per seat round trip.
Hotel Information
A limited block of rooms has been secured with the Rosen Plaza Hotel. Room rates are extended three days pre and post our event dates for those who would like to extend their stay in Orlando following our event.
