Call for Speakers

  Speaker Application Portal opens September 1, and we’ll be accepting proposals for:

• Monthly Online Sessions – Held the third Friday of each month, 11:30 AM–1:00 PM ET
• Quarterly In-Person Events – 3 hours presentation – approximately 4 hours on site
• Hosted in Orlando or Tampa on January 15, April 16, July 16, and October 15
• Applications due: October 31, 2025
• Selected speakers notified: December 1, 2025

Logistics

Chapter programs are held online on the 3rd Friday of each month from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (ET). In persons workshops may be scheduled quarterly and will be announced on the events section of the chapter website as appropriate.

Each program includes chapter updates and an educational experience that provides Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs) for members in attendance.

The online audience usually includes 10 - 40 coaches with varying levels of experience. Programs are interactive and may include Q&A, polls, or breakout discussions. 

Terms and Conditions

Presenting at the ICF Central Florida Chapter is an opportunity to expand the knowledge and skills of our attendees while giving back to the profession of coaching.

•  Presentations must focus on educational content aligned with the ICF Core Competencies or Resource Development. They are not a sales or marketing opportunity.
• The ICF Central Florida Chapter does not provide honorariums, per diems, or reimbursements for presenters.
• Presenters are welcome to share select publications, promotional items, or business cards via chat links or follow-up resources. A speaker may use up to 2 minutes at the end of their presentation to invite attendees to connect with them directly.
• Speakers and their guests agree to indemnify ICF Central Florida, its officers, and its members from any liability of any kind that may be incurred as a direct or indirect result of the speaker’s presentation.
• By presenting, speakers consent to allow ICF Central Florida to photograph, video, or audio record the presentation, and to use the recordings for promotional, educational, or informational purposes.
• Current and past presenters and their topics can be viewed on the Calendar of Events page of our website.
