The Elephant in the Room: Let’s talk about EDI

June 25, 2021 (Webinar) 12pEST-1:30pEST (*May Bookclub)

CCEUs- 1 Core Competencies and .5 Resource Development

The elephant in the room with EDI work is that people with privilege must use it to allow others equal access to power. This is often why well-meaning efforts falter--people believe in EDI until they feel that they have to give something up. How do we support them through this shift?

What role does coaching play in advancing greater equity, diversity, and inclusion?  Let's talk about it.
