From Presence to Practice: The Coaching Business Growth Institute is a dynamic professional development experience designed for coaches who want to strengthen both their coaching effectiveness and business growth capacity. Through three expert-led sessions, participants will explore the internal and external dimensions of practice development: cultivating resilience and self-mastery, clarifying brand voice and market positioning, and creating practical pathways for sustainable growth through diversified services and intentional strategy.

Attendees will leave with actionable tools, increased self-awareness, and practical strategies to strengthen their presence, expand their visibility, and grow a values-aligned coaching practice.

This institute is ideal for professional coaches, emerging coaches, internal coaches, consultants, and leaders who use coaching skills in their work.

A thriving coaching practice begins with the coach’s ability to remain grounded, resilient, and fully present, making Laura Scott’s Pause Power: Brain-Based Mindfulness for Resiliency and Self-Mastery the ideal foundation for the day. From that centered place, Rebecca Kerper’s Marketing Your Coaching Services: Finding Your Voice and Visibility Strategy helps coaches build trust through authentic visibility and clear messaging, while Phildra Swagger’s Creating Systems to Build Scalable Coaching Programs and Multiple Revenue Streams guides participants in translating that trust into sustainable structures, aligned agreements, and long-term business growth.
