Many clients initially seek to resolve surface issues - such as time management or productivity - without recognising the underlying patterns or values that truly drive their behaviour. This session invites coaches to guide clients beyond symptom-level goals, fostering insight, ownership, and meaningful decision-making. Using real case reflections and structured coaching questions, participants will experience how to evoke awareness and facilitate lasting growth in alignment with ICF Core Competencies.
